Anthony Todaro Ph.D., ABPP, FPPR

Anthony Todaro Ph.D., ABPP, FPPRDr. Anthony Todaro has practiced as a Clinical Psychologist and a School Psychologist since 1958.  He has been licensed in the State of New Jersey as a Psychologist since 1968.  He was further certified as a School Psychologist in 1969 and licensed as a Marriage Counselor in 1970.

Dr. Todaro received his BA in Psychology from NYU, his MS in Clinical Psychology Cum Laude from Long Island University and his PHD from NYU in School and Applied Psychology.  He has earned two Diplomates from the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP), one in Clinical Psychology and one in Couples and Family Psychology.  He is recognized as a Fellow and Diplomate from the Prescribing Psychologist’s Register in Psychopharmacology (FPPR).  Dr. Todaro is an Honorary Life Member of the American Psychological Association and an active member of the New Jersey Psychological Association.
His psychological framework is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a strong psychodynamic and psychoanalytic training.  His goal is to facilitate a stated objective for each person he sees and to maximize his or her potential.  

He presently works assiduously with Veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, helping them understand and work through the ravages of the disorder as well as helping them achieve the benefits they deserve for their service to their Country.  For this, he has received two awards from the Military Order of the Purple Heart for Meritorious and Conspicuous Service.  He has also been granted the Four Chaplains Award for “unselfish, selfless, humanitarian service” rendered to veterans of all wars from WWII through Iran and Afghanistan.  This is officially the Legion of Honor Award representing dedicated psychological service to veterans (and their families) suffering from PTSD and other emotional and psychological disorders.

Although his concentration is on the treatment of PTSD, Dr. Todaro continues to work extensively with individuals who suffer from disorders such as depression, anxiety, phobias, work related stress and marital difficulties.  His forensic background is conducive to his working as an expert witness for personal injury cases and has helped individuals obtain awards for accidents.   Additionally he has supported expungements for those qualifying for a past record removal. He also functions as an Expert Witness in a variety of legal cases.  He also specializes in aiding those who can no longer function in the work world with Disability relief. His fifty-two years of experience is wide and varied and has covered virtually every area of practice in psychology.

Sheri Angstadt, MSW, LCSW, LMFT

Sheri Angstadt, MSW, LCSW, LMFTSheri graduated for the Rutgers University Graduate School of Social Work in 1975.  For thirty years, in addition to having a clinical practice, she was the Instructor of Behavioral Science for the Warren Hospital Family Practice Residency Program and an Adjunct Instructor of the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.  She is a licensed clinical social worker in NJ and practices at the Hampton Counseling Center.  In PA she is a licensed marriage and family counselor and practices in Lower Nazareth.

Sheri focuses on helping individuals cope with or overcome anxiety and mood disorders;  working with couples to build better connections with each other.

She has taken advanced training in marital therapy with John Gottman Ph.D. and works on helping individuals deal with pain and stress using cognitive and mindfulness meditation.  Lastly, but importantly, she works with individuals seeking a spiritual solution to their pain, fears and losses and that of others.  She is a student and teacher of “A Course In Miracles.”
